The Human Experience
When your people are developed, everything else follows. Pastor Jarvis helps organizations unlock the one asset they already have and almost never invest in.
Who he serves
Organizations, churches, reentry programs, schools, and teams that need their people developed — not just managed.
What changes
Rooms that were stuck start moving. Teams that were checked out re-engage. People remember who they are and why it matters.
Based in Houston, Texas
Available nationwide for keynotes, workshops, full-day trainings, and the two-day Emancipation of Purpose experience.
A Born Pastor, Not Clergy
"The missing key to a sustainable business is not a better system. It is a developed human."
Pastor Jarvis is the rare speaker who has lived every word he teaches. An award-winning celebrity florist, he spent more than a decade building and scaling one concept after another, then lost it all — the millions, the staff, the shops — and rebuilt himself into a leader with ironclad command of every corner of business. That climb from ruin to mastery is why audiences lean in, and why they stay.

This is not a normal presentation.
Every session is interactive by design. Pastor Jarvis does not stand behind a podium and deliver slides. He moves through a room, reads the energy, and meets people exactly where they are. Event planners say the same thing: their audience did not expect to feel that much.

This was an amazing, restorative experience from start to finish. It was intentional, intimate, and truly was more than just a massage. Jarvis is knowledgeable and passionate, and made me feel like royalty. Would definitely recommend!

Calling this man a SPIRITUAL SURGEON is RIGHT IN LINE. He's DEFINITELY anointed to unlock purpose and leave you feeling FREE. He even uses these large post-its to track the session and sends a full workup after your session. It's definitely nothing you've ever experienced!

Now THIS was the experience of a lifetime! To be treated like a KING and have my TRUE identity restored is priceless. From the foods and teas to the foot washing and bodywork, I was lifted to emotional places I had neglected for years.
